Excuse me while I fan girl for a moment. I absolutely adore Dr. Wolf. She is so kind to all of her patients. She gets to know you as a human being and is genuinely concerned/cares for all aspects of your life, not just the one thing you've come in to see her for. I love this approach to healthcare where the entire human being is considered as a whole. There is a huge stigmatism towards people like myself. I've experienced this my entire life in healthcare settings. This was the first place that didn't just accept me but made me feel comfortable and cared for. These people got me through one of the hardest times in my life medically. There were several mistakes made by a different healthcare provider and complications after my surgery and these people handled all of it. All I had to do was call them and tell them what was going on and they took care of everything from sending the prescription in to speaking to the pharmacy about an override. Not only did they get the pharmacy to override the obstacle, they even found a way to get my insurance to pay for it. I will forever be grateful to them. Went there for a couple years, as others have mentioned, they were very impersonal, unprofessional and made several mistakes. They mis-diagnosed a filling, then a filling fell out and they will only do one filling/procedure at a time, so each I had to come back numerous times and pay separately for each visit=more $$$. Receptionists are very busy and semi rude. I went somewhere else that has more knowledge, better service, offered a dental plan, ended up being less expensive.

Thank you very much Milgard Dental Staff! When I thought i had lost hope in my families dental needs you took us back and showed us that you still cared. You gave appointments after appointments just to help get us back on our feet to share a smile again. Your staff worked with me to accommodated us all the way to making sure that we get to the right bus station because we didn't know they had stopped the one outside the clinic. Thank you Milgard Community Health Center! After being away for years and coming back to you, you took us your family back under your wings and help in every way you can. You deserve more than a five star of rating. From my family says our sincere gratitude for taking us in when we thought no-one wanted to help!

We have been visiting this dental clinic for almost three years now and have not noticed any problems with the quality of service. All procedures were performed to a high standard. The waiting room is not large, but it is big enough so that no one has to stand. There is a public toilet for those waiting, which is very convenient.

Exceedingly competent, great "bedside manner", from the front desk to all in the back, everyone I engaged with was helpful, professional & personable. Terri, you're the best! Thanks for making my cleanings as pleasant as possible & for NOT making my gums sore. Dr. Fisher, thanks for saving my eye tooth - I'm ecstatic that we didn't have to extract it! In short, I don't dread going to my appointments & I'm relaxed the whole time I'm in the chair. Thanks to you all!
